Laurie L. Berger
(Senior
Closing Specialist) is a licensed title insurance
agent and has been conducting real estate closings,
examining titles, and preparing commitments and policies
since 1985. She has been a resident of Panama City Beach
since 1991 and has been employed by the company for 12
years. |

Lucy C Collins
(Closing
Specialist) rejoined the company in 2004 after
completing her college degree and is a senior closing
agent. She has been active in the real estate title and
closing business for 7 years. |

Cindy M. Parish
(Closing Agent) has been employed by the company for
4 years, and has vast knowledge of all aspects of our
closing procedures. |

Julie Ann Sombathy is President of the company and
has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1994. In
addition to serving as President of Isler & Associates
Title, Inc. she practices in the areas of Real Property
Transactions and Law; Estate Planning; Wills, Trusts and
Probate, Guardianship, Civil Litigation; Business
Litigation, and Corporate and Business Law. Julie has been
an active member of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
since 1994.

Charles S. ( “Chuck”) Isler founded Isler and
Associates Title, Inc. in 2001. Chuck started his law
practice in 1983 and continues to practice primarily in the
areas of real property law, wills, trusts and estates in
addition to his responsibilities with the company. He is a
director of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc.; Florida’s
second largest title insurance underwriter, he serves as a
director, attorney, and Senior Vice President and trust
officer of Vision Bank, is a member of the Board of trustees
of Gulf Coast Community College and Director of the Gulf
Coast Community College Foundation, Inc.; where he served as
President from 2005-2007.
